Wonderful afternoon tea experience in the heart of Nottingham with a comfy environment. Thank you for the great service and accommodating for a last minute reservation. Food was good for the price I paid (£36), though I think the desserts/cakes could be slightly firmer as they crumbled a little too easily. Scones were freshly made

This cute little restaurant does not disappoint. The decor is exquisite and there's always something to feast your eyes on. My first visit here with my girlfriends before going to the theatre is a fantastic little pit stop. The food was lovely and is accommodating for anyone with allergies or intolerances. The staff are friendly and attribute to the atmosphere and they let us know that if you show your tickets for the theatre you get a lovely discount. Thank you to the lovely lady that served us and to Caleb also. I'll definitely return.

Once again a lovely post theatre dinner. Ordered the thatchers pie and a chicken dinner. Well presented meals. Restaurant looked great, already decorated for Christmas!

Well, this was our 1st, but it won't be our last visit. We only popped into Nottingham and it happened to be lunch time. So we decided to try Josephine's. We had a really lovely warm welcome, it was busy but the lady at reception said to give it a minute and she will try and get us a table. We got a table within a couple of minutes. It was very busy (which is a sign in itself). We had a lovely young lady take our order and I had THE BEST fish finger brioche EVER. White soft cod, in a crisp crumb, in the fluffiest of brioche subs, with crushed peas and tarter sauce. Yummy Honestly the best I've ever had. My coffee was hot, creamy and smooth (and I'm fussy with coffee) It's always too strong or not hot enough, but this was perfect for me. Hubby had a coke and a chicken ciabatta. Delicious food, great atmosphere and lovely staff. I absolutely can't understand anyone giving this place anything less than 5 stars. We can't wait to come back We are definitely going to book for an afternoon tea, someone had it whilst we were there and it looked amazing. Huge admiration for the owner, as a business owner myself it's not an easy job. I think you do an amazing job replying to all your reviews (even the ridiculous ones) We will be back Thank you Salena-Jo and John

We visited today for Festive Afternoon Tea, it was also my mums birthday! From the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed with Olivia's smiley friendly face! The decor is amazing inside such a cosy vibe and great music! By far the best afternoon tea we have ever had, we were made me feel so special so many lovely touches to make the experience personal to us. Olivia is such a great asset to the team, you are very lucky to have her! Can't wait to come back and try something else! Thanks again, and I would recommend anyone to dine here, you will NOT be disappointed.

Fab-u-lous!!!! Cannot say enough good about this place. It is a very special place to visit. Out afternoon tea for my sister's birthday was just outstanding. The staff are very professional and efficient. The food is divine and very high quality. I loved every bit of our visit!

Visiting Nottingham for the first time, didn't know the town, but this looked nice, so I booked to take a friend's (student) son here for afternoon tea for a treat. It was *fabulous*! Delicious eats, lovely helpful and cheerful lasses serving, and lovely décor and atmosphere.

I had afternoon tea for 3. The price was reasonable , the table was set Lovely and decor inside. We had the veg option and all the sandwiches were lovely, the cakes, the stands and the welcome drinks. The scones were warm and fresh when bought out and really tasty. The best afternoon tea experience I have had. Thoroughly enjoyed and would come again!
